To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

To ensure you receive the item you wish to exchange, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at merch@crumbl.com.
